1	Quality Manager -	Responsible for all quality and quality related functions of the organisation. Candidate will be appointed Management Representative (MR) by management and will be the single point contact for all quality related matters / issues /complaints. Will supervise the test engineers working in the company. Familiar with working in an ISO 9001 certified organisation, and familiar with various Statistical Quality Control Tools. Third party inspections will also be the responsibility of the candidate. Candidate will also be required to visit sub vendors for assessment of quality standards as well as for in progress or final inspection. Candidate may also be required to make customer visits in India and overseas to resolve complaints etc.
	Location -	New Delhi
	Educational Qualification -	Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation, or well deserving diploma holders. Computer literacy a must. English medium educated and English speaking
	Experience -	2 - 3 years in a manufacturing organisation, in a quality related function
	No. of positions -	1
2	Production Manager -	Responsible for all production and production related activities, compliance and supervision of foremen and factory labour. Will be responsible for coordinating with materials and stores departments. Will interact with customers and provide them with delivery status etc. Will be sole in charge of production and trouble shooting production issues. Will also be responsible for preparing BOM for quotations/orders etc. Will report directly to the management. Candidate may also be required to make customer visits in India and overseas to resolve complaints etc.
	Location -	New Delhi
	Educational Qualification -	Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation, or well deserving diploma holders. Computer literacy a must. English medium educated and English speaking
	Experience -	5 - 6 years of production management in a manufacturing organisation engaged in system integration / process based industry. Capable of working long hours and under pressure. Innovative and "out of box thinking" candidates will be given preference.

3	Sales Engineers -	Responsible for generating sales and for following up on leads. Will be required to achieve a set sales target. Will be required to travel to visit customers and to talk to potential clients. Should be smart and confident enough to represent the company in such meetings. Will report directly to the management.
	Location -	New Delhi, Western India, Eastern India and South India
	Educational Qualification -	Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation, or well deserving diploma holders. Computer literacy a must. English medium educated and English speaking.
	Experience -	2 - 3 years of experience in the sales of industrial engineering goods. Capable of working long hours and under pressure with the zeal to achieve even the toughest sales targets. Innovative candidates will be given preference. Candidates with some experience in production / field related jobs will also be considered. Flexible in approach.
