Construction: Made from M.S./S.S./Titanium pipe welded to a C.I./S.S. Flange. The heater is the replaceable refractory type, which can be replaced easily. Can also be supplied with a lead covering.

Application: To heat oil, water, foodstuff, alkaline solutions, anodizing and plating baths etc

Construction: Manufactured out of imported fused Silica/Glass tube with replaceable refractory type heaters, with a heat resistant rubber cap and a connecting connecting cable.

Application: Highest running temperature in all acids except hydro fluoric and phosphoric acids. Also used for heating in Ferric chloride etching baths, anodizing bright dip baths etc.

Alkaline Heaters:
Construction: Tubular heaters, manufactured from a special grade of Chrome Nickel Steel tube to withstand corrosion. Brazed to a C.I. junction box that can rest on the wall of the tank. Extremely easy to remove and clean.

Application: Most Alkaline cleaning solutions, detergents and chemicals normally corrosive to Mild Steel.

Lead Covered Heaters:
Construction: Tubular Heater, manufactured out of lead covered tube. Brazed to a C.I. junction box that can rest on the wall of the tank. Construction permits ease of removal for cleaning.

Application: Suitable for metal plating baths, like copper dull nickel, chrome etc. Can also be used in pickling baths with maximum 10% concentration of Sulphuric Acid, but not in any other acid.

Titanium Heaters:
Construction: Tubular heaters, manufactured out of high quality Titanium Tube, brazed to a C.I. junction box that can rest on the wall of the tank. Product displays remarkably high resistance to corrosion, unattainable in any other metal.

Application: Heating of highly corrosive chemical cocktails, acids like nitric and chromic acid, plating baths etc.
